The purpose of TOTMCM is to equip the found to do the work of ministry by discovering, training, and activating their spiritual gifts.
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16)
The vision of TOTMCM is to activate the found to reach the lost. The vision leads us into our mission: For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost. Luke 19:10 (NKJV)
